The Trust serves over 1 million children and thousands of schools and colleges nationally. LGfL has implemented several major Ed Tech programmes working in partnership with SME's and industry leaders to build high-speed digital networks, promote cloud adoption as well as accelerating digital innovation.
The Education Foundation (EF) was established in 2011 and has a track record of pioneering projects and major partnerships with leading innovative national and international organisations. The Foundation supports educators, advises organisations and plays a leading role in the development of the education technology sector across the UK with its strategic body, Edtech UK.
Sheffield Institute of Education (SIoE) has extensive experience in working with the DfE and other major organisations in developing and evaluating complex, multi-strand projects across the national school system including the national Masters in Teaching and Learning programme, the School Direct ITT model, the Teaching School initiative and many others. These projects have involved developing schools' capacities to establish highly effective networks, create innovative methods for sharing best practice and implementing impactful models for supporting other schools in their improvement strategies.
